What it is

Before anyone buys anything from us, they want two answers. What can we afford if we pool our money? And what am I on the hook for if it goes wrong?

So we built tools that answer both in under a minute, free. A budget calculator for multiple buyers. A risk calculator. And the Co-ownership Snapshot, a short survey that shows you how your situation compares with thousands of others.

The tools earn the next conversation. They also feed our research with data nobody else has.
