I mapped the standard US mortgage application field by field across 5 industry standards, and kept every place the official sources disagree.

My role
Led the product and domain architecture, set the source boundaries and interpretation rules, and did the reconciliation. AI did the extraction and indexing under my design.
Results
- 5 standards in one place. The loan application, the agencies’ data sets, and both automated underwriting systems.
- 2,746 Freddie Mac workbook rows reconciled to the source workbook.
- 3 places where the official sources conflict, preserved and explained instead of quietly resolved.
- A reference package for building on. It isn’t a lender integration.
