What it is
The house a multigenerational family needs usually isn’t listed. One kitchen, one primary suite, one front door. So families compromise: two places, everyone on top of each other, or someone out back.
Compound is the alternative. One property where more than one generation lives together and apart. We help the family find it, renovate it or build it, and we structure the ownership so it holds.
