Product
Wavelength
I built and shipped a voice-interview application, then extended the platform into purpose-built decision briefs.
ProofUsed in paid client engagements, to hear from the people a decision depends on.
Setting up an interview, and what the respondent sees. Edited screens, recipient anonymized.
My role
Conceived it. I own the product, research, design and architecture. Built and shipped the original application.
Results
- Used in paid client engagements.
- Brief it by voice. It drafts the questions, runs the interviews, and returns transcripts and summaries.
- The foundation under the dispatch brief for home-services companies.
What it is
Most of what a business needs to decide lives in people’s heads, in calls, and in documents nobody has read end to end.
Wavelength starts with the interview. It asks by voice or text, transcribes the answers and summarizes them. That part is built and shipped.
The broader system combines those interviews with documents, research and an operator’s judgment to produce a brief someone can decide from. The dispatch brief for home-services companies is the first purpose-built one, and it runs on this foundation.
